For bug reports, please describe what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which browser and device you were using. For feature requests, a brief description of the use case — what you are trying to accomplish and how the feature would help — is all we need. For general questions, just ask.

What We Can Help With

We are happy to help with questions about how any of the tools work — the JSON formatter, CSV converter, word counter, Base64 encoder, UUID generator, or any other feature. If a tool is not producing the output you expect, describe the input and what you need and we will help you sort it out. If you have a specific data format or conversion that the current tools do not cover, let us know — these requests directly influence what gets added to the platform.
